Tropical Storm Kiko has rapidly strengthened into Hurricane Kiko in the Eastern Pacific, with winds already surpassing 65 mph and forecast to intensify further. Kiko is currently positioned more than 1,200 miles off Baja California, moving westward between Central America and Hawaii.
