Iran’s missile and drone strikes on Gulf nations including the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia have triggered fury across the region. Explosions were reported in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha, while air defense systems intercepted incoming threats. Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nations have condemned Iran’s actions as violations of sovereignty and are now holding emergency meetings to plan a coordinated military and defense response. 

The Middle East has descended into chaos after Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in a US–Israel air strike, ending his decades-long rule. Massive protests erupted across Tehran which were followed by precision strikes by IDF in the heart of Tehran targeting the regime’s HQ while Iran’s Revolutionary Guard vowed powerful retaliation. In retaliation, missiles were launched toward Israel, and US bases have been attacked as claimed by Iran. The US consulate in Pakistan has been ransacked by pro-Khamenei protestors. The Strait of Hormuz has been blocked by Iran pushing global oil supplies in danger.
