Fatullah: On the verge of equalling AB de Villiers' record of half-centuries in 12 consecutive Tests, Bangladesh batsman Mominul Haque said he is merely eyeing a good performance against India in the one-off match starting today and the milestone is not on his mind.

"You remind me of it (the record) but then I forget about it. I don't feel pressure. I will not think about it after you all go from here. I will try not to remember it next time too," Mominul was quoted as saying by ESPNCricinfo.
De Villiers notched up his fifties between 2012 and 2014. Mominul's run began in 2013 and he is one short of equalling De Villiers.
"I am nowhere near him (De Villiers). You know he is the king of all forms of cricket. I don't think of myself as his competitor. I will try to achieve a similar target that I have had in previous matches," Mominul said.
