Australia dismissed the tourists for 201 and condemn India to their eighth consecutive away Test defeat. India have not won a series in Australia in 10 tours.
India quickly lost their final four wickets on the last day to end a sorry series for the tourists.
Australia won by 122 runs in Melbourne, an innings and 68 runs in Sydney and an innings and 37 runs in Perth before their final Adelaide annihilation.
