Nicklas Bendtner was yesterday set to be punished for exposing a sponsored pair of underwear in Denmark's European Championship defeat to Portugal.

UEFA confirmed they were taking disciplinary action against Bendtner, who dropped his shorts below his waistline and hoisted his shirt after scoring twice in Wednesday’s match.u00a0
