England and Wales Cricket Board chairman Giles Clarke has settled his libel case with former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi out of court
Clarke had alleged Modi was plotting to form a rebel Twenty20 competition in England and had held talks with some counties. That prompted Modi to carry out legal proceedings but a statement from the ECB yesterday has said matters have been settled on confidential terms.
