Lalchand Rajput
Probably, has the best credentials to take over as KKR coach since he guided India to the 2007 World Twenty20 win. Rajput has also coached the Mumbai Indians in the inaugural IPL season.
Wasim Akram
Hasn't had any experience in coaching a side, but could be more than handy when it comes to lifting KKR's bowling ammunition. Great motivator too.
Duncan Fletcher
Not only did the Zimbabwean help England win a rare Ashes series in 2005, he also lifted English cricket in company with Nasser Hussain from 2000. Quiet but efficient, Fletcher knows what it takes to lift a side.
Richard Pybus
Thanks to his two stints as Pakistan coach, Pybus surely knows the pressures of handling a sub-continental side. Besides, he also has the experience of coaching T20 side, having been in charge of Titans, a South African franchise.u00a0
Praveen Amre
Has coached a very successful Mumbai Ranji Trophy team and is good with younger players. But Mumbai Indians' dismal IPL show in 2009 could put a question mark on Amre's chances for KKR.
