Ferrari's own action against the FIA to prevent the introduction of a u00a340 million budget cap in 2010 was thrown out of a French court earlier this week.
"We would always respect our contracts," the sport's commercial rights controller told Sky Sports.
"And all the teams that have signed contracts with us would expect us to respect them, and we would expect the same from Ferrari.
They are saying they are going to walk, we are saying we hope they respect their contract."
