Chennai Super Kings coach Stephen Fleming, who is being talked about as an India coach candidate finds it rewarding to see Mahendra Singh Dhoni leading the franchise with free spirit.
"I thoroughly enjoy my relationship with all the Indian players. Obviously, Dhoni is a special player. I have enjoyed every moment of the last four years.

"It is rewarding to see him captaining in free spirit against my conservative nature. He is a captain with free space and different to my style of captaincy. I used to be a very boring skipper, but Dhoni is very instinctive.
"I have been enjoying working with Suresh Raina and other Indian players (R Ashwin and Murali Vijay) as well," said Fleming on Monday evening after Chennai Super Kings romped home to a 25-run victory against Pune Warriors.
Relationship
Asked if his close relationship with Dhoni in the last four years would influence his decision to take up the job, if offered by BCCI, Fleming said: "I am honoured to be talked about as a potential Indian coach. It's mostly (the decision to take it up or not) about timing. It will depend a lot on whether or not it works for both parties.
"Whether the timing is right (for me to take up the job) remains to be debated," added New Zealand's most successful Test skipper.
Fleming further praised Dhoni's captaincy. "From what I have learnt of him, he (Dhoni) is not too focused on planning.u00a0 His captaincy is based on information on the field like how the pitch plays and the manner in which the opposition is batting. There is a gut feel about his captaincy. I really enjoy that about his on-field persona," said Fleming.u00a0
