Former India cricketer Karsan Ghavri, who has seen Ganguly in his heydays from close quarters, felt that the southpaw still has some cricket left in him.
“I strongly believe he can play even today. I would say form is temporary, but class remains. From what I have seen during the IPL-V, Ganguly never looked out of sorts, though it’s obvious that he cannot be the same Ganguly what he was five-seven years back. I would still harbour hopes of seeing him in the sixth edition of the IPL,” Ghavri told MiD DAY.u00a0He didn’t blame Ganguly for PWI’s exit. “He couldn’t have done much. They have lost all close affairs,” Ghavri said.u00a0
