It would have been great to win on Saturday against Mumbai Indians, but there is no disappointment of any sort that we lost. It was not a bad or shameful loss and I am very proud of Rajasthan Royals. In fact, I wrote on Twitter that if we have to lose like this every time, I don't mind. Our RR matches have always been the most entertaining.

A big shout to Yusuf Pathan for his incredible knock -- the quickest 100 in IPL history. He turned out to be the real hero -- a lion on the prowl and it would have broken my heart to see him miss out on the hundred.

A special word for Paras Dogra too, a new boy, but one who held his own with a crucial partnership with Yusuf.
Of course, captain Shane Warne has always been a huge motivating factor for the Royals. We go into our game against the Delhi Daredevils in Ahmedabad today with more confidence. Our team made a statement in Mumbai: We won't give up despite a huge score. It wasn't an easy score to chase, but we were inching towards it and unfortunately, we fell short by only four runs.

What amazed me was that despite being on Mumbai Indians' territory there were still so many people rooting for Rajasthan Royals at the Brabourne Stadium. It's intimidating to go into a stadium where 99 per cent people are on the opponents' side, but the Mumbaikars really enjoyed the game.

A lot of people have been asking me as to why I don't sit in the dug out like other IPL owners. I really believe it is not my place. My heroes are my team members and I don't want to distract them. I get too involved and I don't want to put that stress on the players. I like my place and enjoy the game much better in the stands.

Once, a few Rajasthan Royals players came to me and said, 'aap itna tension mat lo yaar!' I tend to get emotionally involved in the game.
