Arvind’s cup of joy is overflowing. Yet, he is not going over the top. “Please don’t bring up any Rahul Dravid comparison. Cheteshwar has just started his journey. There is a need to stay focussed and that is what I told him today – ‘stay focussed and don’t waste your time giving interviews,” said Arvind.

The young batting star, who was representing India at the Test level after an injury break, dedicated his hundred to his parents. Mother Reena passed away several years ago. Before his comeback, father (heart patient) and son looked after each other’s medical needs and got on with life. “I am very happy Chintu (Cheteshwar’s nickname) has scored a hundred. He has spent a while on the sidelines and had he failed, he would have to start the comeback process all over again,”u00a0said Arvind.u00a0
