"It's tough. But we have to deal with the situation.

The players are professionals and they know how to tackle a situation like this," Bencherifa said yesterday. This will be Mohun Bagan's last match of the season.

Asked how he sees his role ahead of the new season especially when the captain has decided to part ways, Bencherifa said, "It's really unfortunate.

It's like losing a key player ahead of a match."
Already out of the tournament with not a single point in their kitty, Mohun Bagan would play without pressure.
"We are taking positives from the tournament. I must say our performance has been the best against Al Karamah, when we lost to them by a solitary goal in the away match.

Hopefully we will do well at home tomorrow," the coach said.
Bhutia announced yesterday that he is parting ways with Mohun Bagan in response to club officials serving him a show cause notice recently for missing some practice sessions and an exhibition match.
