MCA to refund ticket money for washed out ODI

The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has decided in principle to refund money to ticket holders for Wednesday's seventh ODI between India and Australia, which was abandoned without a ball being bowled.

Confirming the decision, MCA vice-president Dilip Vengsarkar said the modalities of how to go about conducting the refund proceedings will be decided in a specially adjourned meeting today. MCA office bearers are also slated to meet the Oriental Insurance representatives today for the same purpose.
