Tyson (43), who has been out of the ring for four years and has gained weight above his best fighting weight, has said that he could consider making a comeback, even though it was unlikely.

Standing beside his long-time nemesis and promoter Don King at a show in Las Vegas on Saturday night, Tyson told the Showtime announcer, Jim Gray: "If this guy is going to pay for my training u2013 my training team costs a lot of money u2013 anything is possible. I don't see it happening, but anything is possible."

"I think Mike's one of the greatest fighters that ever lived. I think he can still be a fighter if he wants to be a fighter. Listen, whatever it is between Mike, it ain't about the bankroll. We gonna do what has to be done ... so, whatever we have to do, we'll do," The Guardian quoted King, as saying.

Tyson and King were reunited after many acrimonious years apart for King's promotion of the IBF bantamweight title fight between the defending and losing champion -- Joseph Agbeko and Yohnny Perez.

Tyson last fought in 2005, knocked down and exhausted in the sixth round, and refusing to come out for the seventh against the Irishman Kevin McBride.u00a0

Tyson begins a short UK speaking tour at the Civic Hall, Wolverhampton, on Thursday night.

"I just want to meet and greet as many of the ordinary fans as I can. The fans who rooted for me when I was up and rooted for me when I was down," he said.
