Defending champions Mumbai Indians seemed to be in a good position to post a big total before rain stopped play in last night's Champions League T20 Group B match against Yorkshire here at Newlands
The Indian outfit were 145-6 in 17 overs when the heavens opened for the first time. The teams got back on the field and play resumed, but five balls later, it poured again and the players came off with MI on 156/6 in 17.5 overs. No play was possible thereafter and the match ended in a no-result.
