Rajasthan Royals skipper Shane Warne blamed poor bowling in the 'death overs' for their first defeat at the hands of Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League yesterday.
Defending champions Rajasthan, who had won all their three encounters against Chennai in the first IPL, lost by 38 runs.
Chennai scored 56 runs in the last four overs to reach 164 for five, thanks to Suresh Raina's scintillating 98-run knock off just 55 balls.
"I thought they will score around 130 but the last four overs were disappointing. Unfortunately we played ordinary in six-seven overs.
"Bowling in the last four overs and batting in the first six-seven overs was really bad," Warne said after the match.
