One genius deserves another, they say. Legendary actor Dilip Kumar has waxed eloquent on India's batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar in Sach, a book in Bengali, written by Kolkata-based journalist Gautam Bhattacharya, who has been reporting on Tendulkar even before he played for India in 1989.

Dilip Kumar is no ordinary Tendulkar fan. His observations have depth: "I don't think he (Sachin) has ever gone on the field without preparation, which includes a sensitive awareness of the opposing team's strengths and weakness. You can easily sense the intense preparedness especially when he is facing a Shane Warne or a Shoaib Akhtar. He radiates electrifying energy with a gracefulness that is God's gift to him."
