His greatest moment with Chennai Super Kings:
Touring with the team in an open bus after we won the IPL last year.
On the role he plays for the team:
I am the team's biggest cheerleader, and won't stop drumming till we win the IPL again.
On the importance of his role:
Music is the best way to remind us all that the party must not stop. T20 cricket is all about that, and my job is to ensure the boys are upbeat even if we are losing.
On the soul of CSK:
Skipper (MS Dhoni) is the inspiration behind our success. That's why when the teams were put back in the auction, our owner ensured that he was retained - to take forward the legacy he built in the first three years. Dhoni is one of the best things to happen to cricket in Chennai. There are fans here who consider him their own.
On teaching Dhoni drumming:
(Laughs) I'd be open to that if he approaches me. He's such a quick learner, I am sure he will pick it up fast. He's a very intelligent man.
On teaching Dhoni Tamil:
Again, a very quick learner. He can achieve anything that he puts his mind to.
