Former India skipper Sourav Ganguly committed a faux-pax when he mistook ex-teammate Harbhajan Singh's daughter for a boy yesterday. The Turbanator took to Twitter to share a picture (right) of himself with wife Geeta Basra and daughter Hinaya Heer Plaha from their recent trip to the Golden Temple in Amristar. "Satnam Shri waheguru ji.. sab nu khush te tandrust rakhna malka #Blessings #blessed #shukrana," Bhajji wrote.

Ganguly was quick to comment, without knowing he would go on to commit a gaffe. "Beta bahut sundar hai bhajj..bahut pyar dena (your son is very beautiful Bhajji, give him lots of love)," Dada wrote.
However, it didn't take long for Ganguly to clarify his mistake. "Maf karna beti bahut sundoor hai..getting old bhajj . (I apologise! I meant your daughter is very beautiful. I am getting old!" he tweeted.
