Bridgetown (Barbados): Spinner Shadab Khan (3-7) produced an outstanding debut performance as Pakistan completed a six-wicket victory over the West Indies in the first fixture of a four-match T20i series at Kensington Oval on Sunday.
Put in, Windies were restricted to 111-8 off their allotted 20 overs with the tourists knocking off the runs with almost three overs to spare. Shoaib Malik’s unbeaten 38 and a 46-run fourth-wicket partnership with Babar Azam ensured Pakistan reached their target with relative comfort.
