Tevez has launched an astonishing attack on the club by saying that it has nothing to offer and that when he leaves he will never go back.
Tevez, who is reportedly paid 286,000 pounds every week by City, also said that he lived in a rented house in Manchester because there was no point buying there.
Kia Joorabchian said: "His family comes first. Carlos will talk to his family. Until he resolves that he's not making a final decision."
Tevez has time and again described how lonely he was in Manchester and how happy he was on holiday in Argentina.
"I don't have any new friends. I am always with my family and lifelong friends. I don't even leave my house. I'm the stay-at-home type. When I have my dad and friends over we have a barbecue, we have fun," The Daily Mail quoted Tevez, as saying.
"But I'm always on my own, especially in the last few months. I've found the past few months very hard," he added.
Earlier, City manager Roberto Mancini had claimed that his team can win the Premier League next season with or without Tevez.u00a0
