Fans are furious at the way Rovers have slumped over the past 12 months and want to see the back of them as well as manager Steve Kean.
"We are here to stay with the club. We're not interested in giving it to anybody," the Sun quoted co-owner Venkatesh Rao, as saying.
"It's like our baby. Money isn't everything to us. The passion is there and we don't want to let the fans down. We've had no offer. God willing, we'll be here for a long time," he added.
Blackburn Rovers are currently at the 19th place in the Premier League points' table.
