Kingston (Jamaica): The West Indies Cricket Board has said it is ‘very saddened’ to hear of the loss of life and damage to property in Dominica due to tropical storm Erika.

The island was battered on Thursday with heavy rains, causing streets to flood and rivers to overflow, reports CMC.
