Unhappy over the southpaw's form, Yuvi's fans react angrily to his 'partying' with his Pune Warriors teammates

On Wednesday night, a day prior to Pune’s home game against Kolkata Knight Riders, Yuvraj and his Warriors teammates went out for dinner.
“At olive pune! with the boys, awesome place another beauty by a d Singh (sic)” Yuvraj tweeted.
And while, the cricketers seemed to have just stepped out for dinner, some of Yuvraj’s fans on twitterverse got upset with this. They slammed Yuvraj for his ‘partying’ habit and asked him to instead focus on cricket.
While one fan wrote, “Mere Bhai. Lets play cricket first,” another tweeted, “Dear, time to work on performance. There is full life to see these places but if not selected now, there is no chance for comeback.”
A third angry follower suggested that it was Yuvraj’s lifestyle that was responsible for the Champions Trophy axe.
But, there were some fans, who stood up for the cricketer. A female fan responded, “True, but a dinner with boys isn’t the reason of not performing... it isn’t a crime dude to eat out at a new place.”
Yuvraj isn’t going through the best phase of his life right now. The cricketer, who survived cancer, has been axed from the Indian ODI team for the upcoming Champions Trophy. He’s also not been in the best of form in IPL’s sixth edition. The southpaw hasn’t scored a single half-century in his nine IPL matches for Pune Warriors, managing just 171 runs with a best of 34.
And it is this lean phase that seems to be behind the fans’ angry outburst.
Interestingly, Yuvraj retweeted some of his fans’ responses showing that he’s a sporting guy.u00a0
