As Team India registered a dominating victory against the UAE in the Asia Cup 2025, Indian bowling coach Morne Morkel heaped praise on the bowlers by saying that focused preparation has finally paid off.
"Yeah, a very solid start by the boys with the ball tonight. We haven`t played a lot of wide-ball cricket for a while, so I thought that leading into the game, our preparation was very focused. I think that is one thing that we did exceptionally well," Morkel said in a video posted by the official social media handle of the Board of Control for Cricket in India.
