Spanish football giant Barcelona is preparing to offer World cup winning striker David Villa to Manchester City and Chelsea.

Barcelona are reluctant to offer Villa, but accept it will be the only way to fund the proposed 91 million pound triple bid that they are reportedly planning for Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas, Udinese winger Alexis Sanchez and Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi, The Daily Mirror reports.
