Chandrababu Naidu backs Vihari's decision of not representing Andhra Pradesh

Hanuma Vihari on Monday announced that he will never represent Andhra Pradesh again in domestic cricket following the mistreatment he received from the association. He made this decision immediately after his side faced defeat against Madhya Pradesh by four runs in the Ranji Trophy quarterfinals

Amid the ongoing controversy over Indian batter Hanuma Vihari`s decision to leave the Andhra Pradesh Ranji Cricket team, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Chief and former Chief Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu said this was an example of "Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party`s (YSRCP) vindictive politics."
