England fast bowler Ajmal Shahzad has been ruled out of the remainder of the World Cup with a recurrence of a left hamstring injury, a team spokesman said.

Shahzad may only miss one match with England needing to beat the West Indies at the Chidambaram Stadium on Thursday to have any chance of qualifying for the quarter-finals.
