Chennai: The Madras High Court yesterday directed India Cements Ltd, the Board of Control for Cricket in India and Bihar Cricket Association to file a comprehensive counter-affidavit in response to a petition filed by Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
CSK had petitioned the court to stay the two-year suspension imposed on it from playing in the IPL by the Supreme Court-appointed Justice RM Lodha committee.
