Ghansoli Centre emerged champions defeating Shivaji Park Centre by five wickets in the final of the MCA Summer Camp girls U-15 cricket tournament at the MCA-BKC ground recently.

Deciding to bat first, Shivaji Park Centre managed to put up a competitive 177-5 wickets from their 35 overs. Skipper and opening batter Sachi Londhe top scored with 77 runs (98 balls, 12x4), while middle-order bat Aarya Wajge contributed an unbeaten 41 (48 balls, 7x4). Ghansoli Centre’s medium pacer Pragati Thombare picked 2-22. In response, Ghansoli Centre easily chased down the target, reaching 181-5 in 34.2 overs.
