West Indies` wicketkeeper-batter Nicholas Pooran, the star of their two-wicket victory over India in the second T20 International, has been fined 15 per cent of his match fee for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct by publicly criticising the umpires during the match here.

It was a Level 1 offence and Pooran was found to have breached Article 2.7 of the ICC Code of Conduct for players and player support personnel, which relates to "public criticism in relation to an incident occurring in an international match".
