Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s 200th match for Chennai Super Kings was made special after the three-time IPL champions opened their win account on Friday, beating Punjab Kings (PBKS) by six wickets at the Wankhede Stadium. 

CSK head coach Stephen Fleming called Dhoni the “heartbeat” of the team. “He [Dhoni] has been absolutely the heartbeat of CSK, there’s no doubt about it. Whether it’s performances, guidance or leadership…you run out of things to say about him,” Fleming said.
