There&rsquo;s no excuse &mdash; we need to work hard to forge ahead. &ldquo;It all looks a bit grim right now, but I won&rsquo;t believe giving up is an option,&rdquo; he added. Having already been dumped out of the Champions League in the group stages, pressure is now mounting on Mancini. &lsquo;Only 10% chance&rsquo; Mancini admitted afterwards they will have no chance of catching Alex Ferguson&rsquo;s side if they can beat Everton at Old Trafford. &ldquo;Maybe it&rsquo;s over. I think we now have a 10 per cent (chance of winning the title). I don&rsquo;t think United will drop 12 points,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;(The performance against Southampton) was worse than poor. We didn&rsquo;t play. We only played with two players in this game and 11 against two is difficult to win. &ldquo;It&rsquo;s very strange because we played very well for the whole of January so I don&rsquo;t know why we did so badly today.
