The Mumbai Cricket Association’s (MCA) new Apex Council will meet today to discuss the development of a 21-acre plot for a cricketing facility land on Ghodbunder Road in Thane.

Graded contracts for Mumbai’s senior and women’s team will also come up for discussion. “We will take a proposal from the CIC [Cricket Improvement Committee] and will implement it [contract system] as early as possible,” Naik told mid-day.
