New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined a plea by the BCCI seeking recall of its order barring the cricketing body's former president N.Srinivasan from contesting its election so long he was in a situation of conflict of interest situation as an owner of IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

A bench of Justice T.S.Thakur and Justice Fakkir Mohamed Ibrahim Kalifulla rejected the plea for the recall of the order by circulation in their chambers.
