“He bowled as good as I have ever seen him bowl. The guy is consistently exceptional every time he takes the field and always seems to take big wickets. Today [Monday] he managed to do that,” Morgan said at the post-match virtual press conference on Monday.
While chasing RCB’s 138-7, Narine smashed three sixes off pacer Dan Christian (0-29) in the 12th over to help KKR inch closer to victory.
“He [Narine] was outstanding with bat and ball; his impact in the game was huge. He changed the momentum when he went out to bat and swung that completely in our favour after the platform the guys had laid at the top of the order,” Morgan remarked.
