South Africa on Tuesday announced their 15-man squad for the T20 World Cup 2024. Pacer Anrich Nortje will make his international appearance after nine months due to his injury. Two uncapped players Ryan Rickelton and Ottniel Baartman have also secured their spot in the SA`s T20 World Cup 2024 squad.

Ahead of the T20 World Cup 2024, Aiden Markam will lead the Proteas team. This will be Markram`s first appearance as captain in the World Cup. Wicketkeeper-batter Rickelton and pacer Baartman have been rewarded for their stellar run in this year`s SA20.
