One of the Zaheer`s picks that has to be questioned was the 16-year-old Yash Dayal. The pacer currently represents Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket and Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the IPL 2024. While picking the T20 World Cup 2024 squad, Zaheer has also taken into account the injury concern of Mohammed Shami.
