India's batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar on Saturday equalled Pakistan's legendary batsman Javed Miandad's record of playing six consecutive World Cups.
The 37-year-old Tendulkar equalled the feat when he stepped out to take guard against Bangladesh in the tournament opener at the Shere Bangla National Stadium here. Appearing in his 445th ODI, Tendulkar scored just 28 runs in 29 balls before being run out following a horrible mix-up with Sehwag.
