The Committee of Administrators (CoA) chief Vinod Rai has acknowledged that there exists a difference of opinion on the conflict of interest issue as interpreted by BCCI's Ombudsman-cum-Ethics Officer Justice (Retd) D.K. Jain and the CoA.
