Christopher Nkunku scored off a rebound in extra time as Chelsea beat Benfica 4-1 in a Club World Cup Round-of-16 match here on Saturday.

Nkunku’s goal (108th min) came when Benfica were playing a man down. Pedro Neto (114th min) and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (117th min) then added insurance goals.

Earlier, Reece James scored from a free kick (64th min) to give Chelsea the lead, before Angel di Maria levelled proceedings for Benfica via a penalty in  stoppage time.
