The Manchester-born United academy graduate, who joined the club at the age of eight, left in a £16 million ($24.2 million, 22.3 million euros) deal last September after being deemed surplus to requirements by new manager Louis van Gaal. And he returned to haunt his former club as Arsenal claimed a first victory at Old Trafford since 2006.
