<p>Kane Instagrammed this picture of him and his wife &nbsp;holding a positive pregnancy test and captioned it: &ldquo;Over the moon to be expecting baby No. 4! Coming soon&hellip;,&rdquo; along with a red heart emoji.&nbsp;</p>
