Incheon: A Tajikistan footballer has become the first drug failure at the Asian Games and will be kicked out of the event, a source told AFP yesterday.

The player was not identified but details were due to be announced later. "It's a confirmed case," the source said.
Tajikistan's men's team are to play Iraq in the football second round on Thursday after two wins and a loss in qualifying Group 'C'.
The Asian Games has previously been hit by doping cases, notably in weightlifting and swimming, but the footballer is the first at the current edition in Incheon, South Korea.
