Currently, Griffin is embroiled in a custody battle with Cameron over their two kids — Ford, 4, and Finley, 1. The basketball player, 28, filed the papers right after he started dating Jenner, 22, according to The Blast.

Griffin and Cameron split in July this year. However, she was staying with the kids in the house after they split, until he began dating Jenner in August. Cameron, on the other hand, has filed her own legal documents against Griffin asking for a joint custody [their original agreement]. She has also requested to establish child support based on Griffin's annual salary.
