AC Milan forward Ronaldinho said his team will need to concentrate for 90 minutes against Inter Milan on Sunday to avoid a repeat of the 4-0 thrashing they suffered earlier this season.

AC Milan head into this weekend's top of the table derby clash with Inter Milan knowing defeat could spell the end of their Serie A title hopes.

"If we don't arrive at this derby in good condition we could risk losing by the same result (as in August)," Ronaldinho told Sky Sports.
