Following her win at China Open, Russian tennis ace Maria Sharapova puts to rest rumours of a break-up with boyfriend and tennis player Grigor Dimitrov

Beijing: World No 4 Maria Sharapova put to rest recent reports of a break-up with boyfriend and fellow tennis player Grigor Dimitrov.

After easing past Estonia's Kaia Kanepi 6-4, 6-1 in her opening match of the $5.4 million China Open on Sunday, the Russian tennis ace was asked about the recent reports of her break-up with tennis player Dimitrov.

Sharapova said there was no need to worry. "I appreciate your concern, thank you for caring about me so much. Everything is great," Sharapova was quoted as saying by a Bulgarian newspaper Standart News.


Grigor Dimitrov 

Dimitrov was reportedly in the stands to watch his girlfriend Sharapova roll over Kanepi, proving that all's well between Maria and him.
