Fed Cup athletes caught in dope net

The Indian athletics fraternity faced yet another dope-related embarrassment as four athletes were caught for using banned substances during the Federation Cup Senior National Championships held in Patiala from April 21-23.

The ‘A’ samples of the athletes were found to have contained Stanozolol and Methandienone anabolic steroid and Methylhex-aneamine stimulant.u00a0

Of the four athletes, three who have tested positive for steroids have been provisionally suspended.u00a0
