Di Resta has out-qualified team-mate Adrian Sutil in all three races and beaten the German in the last two, narrowly missing out in China on scoring a point for a third consecutive occasion.

"We are well placed to build on our competitiveness as we begin the European season," said Mallya ahead of Sunday's race in Turkey.u00a0 "I'm very proud of both our drivers, too. Paul has driven superbly and has adapted very quickly to Formula One," he added.
